What’s Going Into Your Body?

 

I don’t know about you, but over the last several years I have become more and more interested in what goes into my body.  There is sooooo much information out there on what’s good, what’s bad and everything in between.  I educate myself because I want my body to perform optimally.  I want to feel strong.  And I can tell you, as someone who has fluctuated in weight, energy, who is now in menopause, who has always had sugar cravings and blood sugar ups and downs, I am clear that it is vital to feed my body the proper fuel.  Fuel comes in a variety of forms such as physical exercise, nuturtion, rest, liftestyle, etc.  I wouldn’t say my life is perfect by any stretch, but I have found something that really works for me.  And here it is:

Try it.  My sugar cravings are just about gone and I feel comfortably full for hours.  And, I’ve lost a few pounds!

    We do what we must… I have found (as suggested by my trainer, John Pierson) ((best trainer in Charleston)) that a vegetable juice once a day like a “Mr Mcgregors Garden” at EARTHFARE is excellent in making me feel the best I can.
